Of course, OLYX by Sulit is also a good source when looking for best price art materials. This website is like Ebay where you can filter down what you're looking for so it's easy for you to locate what item you're looking for. Who doesn't know about these two popular shops. The only difference is that, NBS (National Book Store) offers a lower price compared to Fully Booked. However Fully Booked's advantage is that they have Copic Markers available on their stores. But if you are serious about art, money is not something you should be worry about because high quality items tend to have higher price. So if you want your artwork to be high-quality, your really have to spend a lot for it.
