"I love Etsy because it gives people the ability to showcase there handmade products. The internet now allows crafters to show off their talent."

7. Tell me about your shop

"My shop actually almost happened by accident. I have always loved art, went to college for fine arts, but always knew I would never be able to make a living out of it. Just this past year, I was looking for handmade gift ideas for my boyfriend for Christmas. I discovered wood burning on Pinterest. I decided I would try it as he loves to cook and loves to hunt. I wood burned a deer cutting board for him. After a lot of encouragement I opened shop after wood burning cutting boards."

10. What's in store for the future?

"I hope to continue my wood burning art and making art to make others happy. I enjoy what I do and hope to share my passion and make others want to learn any kind of craft they are interested in."
