Glue Choices - Liquid or Gun Solid
Glue
From the first days I learned to use glue, whether for simple projects or major projects, there are different types for different needs.
For my dollhouse furniture, I prefer a clear. A purple version exists, so their may be less guessing about if it's thickening or dry.
Solid Glue for a Glue Melter
Glue Gun
From what I have found with the glue gun, it's almost like welding with glue. I am spoiled. It's like being in line at the checkout and someone nudges you to a different line with no waiting. Yes, it was that big of a difference.
Liquid Choices - Opaque or Clear
E6000 and Superglue
I think these two have their uses, but I don't work with items that involve them. Both are a one drop type. I'm a glop kind of person.
Clear Gorilla Glue
I love the clear quality of the gorilla glue, especially when I'm lacquering a finished project. The glue blends with the lacquer.
Tacky Glue
This was a favorite of my mother.
