My Crochet Video

Updated on November 24, 2015

The Crochet Artist

I call myself a crochet artist because it is an art just like anything else. Crocheting does take patience and time, but like I mention in the video, it is very therapeutic. It can also increase creativity in other areas as well, such as writing. I've personally noticed that I write more if I crochet a little on the side. And just like writing, you feel a sense of gratification once you have completed a project especially one that took sometime. I recommend striving to finish one project first because it will teach you discipline to finish what you have in front of you before beginning a new one.

If you are working on a larger project I do highly recommend that you do many side projects so as the larger one doesn't become tedious and boring. Maybe you all do the same thing when you write. I know I do. Please check out the video. It's over an hour long. I created it in case you find it easier to learn with a hands on video.

There are written instructions below the video for those of you who learn faster with picture graphs and words.
