Premade Scrapbook Pages
Preserving Memories with Themed Scrapbook Pages
In today's busy lives, life has become instant. At work, at school and even at home, everyone is constantly rushing around and on-the-go. Fortunately, when creating scrapbooks, you can use a wide variety of ready made scrapbook pages. Such pages can save you a tremendous amount of time and effort, while providing your scrapbook with a wide variety of attractive pages as well as a huge choice of themes, colors and designs.
Scrap-booking with a theme allows you to highlight important achievements in yours or your family's lives. For example, high school scrapbook pages can show some of the most memorable times of your life. The pages can neatly divide your scrapbook into your freshman, sophomore, junior, and senior years. They can include various aspects of high school, including classes, extra-curricular activities, and hanging out with friends.
Pre-made themed pages for your scrap-booking projects, such as the one pictured above with a coastal beach theme can easily be made by using pictures and embellishments you make yourself or cut from ready-made sheets.

Where to Find Ready Made Scrapbook Pages
One place I have had great success in finding scrapbook pages and all the other paraphernalia I need for scrapbooking is Etsy. Even if you don’t buy anything from there it is a great place to get ideas for all kinds of things you can make yourself.
The pre-made pages you can find there range from spectacular multi-layered and embellished designs for which you can pay as much as $30 for one page; to simple print-it-yourself digital designs for $1 or even less.
If you are a newcomer to making scrapbooks and want an easy way to start some specialist online scrapbook stores, (such as my2scrappychicks) sell sets of pages with a theme that are ready to add your own pictures or photographs.
As you become more experienced you will probably want to take your time and create your own designs for a more personal feel to your pages.

Baby Themed Scrapbook Pages
Several baby themed scrapbook pages are also available when selecting pre-made pages for scrapbooks. Document a wide variety of special events in your baby’s life. That includes your baby’s first arrival home, first step, first bottle, first crawl, and so on. Simply add some of your best baby pictures to premade scrapbook pages!
If you want to organize photographs of your pet bird, cat, dog, or iguana, then consider a pet theme when choosing pre-made pages for your scrapbook. The layout of the pages adds some flair to the scrapbook. It also organizes the photos of your dog Fido or your cat Fluffy.
Layering different papers under a favorite photograph can make the picture pop and consider using scissors that cut with a decorative shaped edge to add extra interest.

Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter
Yet another popular theme for scrapbook pages that are pre-made is the four seasons. Whether you want to include pictures of spring flowers, summer vacations, fall leaf-raking or winter sledding, you can find the perfect attractive pre-made page.
And finally, how about a sports theme? Do you want to save memories of your son in a baseball game, your daughter in a softball game, or you in an inter-company game? If so, then use these pre-made scrapbook pages to show that your family is a good sport.
For anyone keeping to a tight budget for their craft projects, you may be able to find suitable papers and pages on one of the public domain image websites such as Pixabay. Here you can download and print pages free of charge to use in your own crafting.

Ready For Some More Unusual Scrapbook Techniques?
Are you getting bored with your scrapbooks because the techniques you learned as a beginner just starting out don't look fresh to you anymore? Are all of your scrapbooks starting to look samey and boring? If so, it may be time that you began implementing a few new and more unusual techniques to take your scrapbooks to an altogether different level.
If you don't have a lot of time for your scrapbooking then you can still use pre-made pages - but spice them up a little with some new twists on the design.
When you begin to lose inspiration for your scrapbooks, take a look at the following quirky tips and ideas to see if they open the door to more scrap-booking fulfillment for you.
Unique Scrapbook Techniques from Craft Daily
Matchbook scrapbooks – Why not show off your smaller photos in a scrap-booking format that looks like a tiny matchbook! This works well for a timeline - for example, many parents take a picture of their child’s first day of school each year.
You can use a cover that resembles a tiny matchbook that opens up and displays the child’s school picture for that year. Plus, you might want to include some special memories about that school year.
Use up those leftover scraps to make a mosaic - You can create a mosaic border for your scrapbooking pages (pre-made or ones you made yourself) . If you have some leftover scraps that you don’t know what to do with, just cut them up into little pieces and create a mosaic piece to add to the scrapbooking page.
Place them on a background page that’s a contrasting color to the colors you plan to use for your mosaic so that you can give the illusion of grout that would be seen in a ceramic mosaic pattern.
Add some silhouettes - Silhouette cropping your photos gives your scrapbook page a new dimension that will make the page pop. By cutting close to the subject lines, you can make the picture seem real to those browsing through the pages.
Add decorative cuts - Want to make your cuts more interesting and less plain Jane? Use specialist decorative scrapbooking scissors. You can cut different shapes into your project with triangles, waves, corkscrew and art-deco patterns.
Design your own background - If you can’t find the background paper you want, then try designing your own unique pattern! Take a piece of background paper and watercolor paint or sponge paint it with the color and shapes that you want. You can even finger-paint it if you prefer – get creative.
Making your own scrapbooks can be fun for beginners as well as the more advanced memory-keeper. Create your own projects and come up with new ideas for your hobby to share with others. Bring your crafting creative juices to the surface and let them flow.
