Whether you are at home or going out in public, Rasta hats are great for keeping your dreadlocks neatly tucked away. Not only do they keep your dreads hidden, but they are also very effective at protecting them from the sun, rain and even the dust in the air.

And the great thing about Rasta hats is that you can still wear them even if you do not have dreadlocks as some of them are very stylish and will go with many different outfits.

Rasta hats were originally worn by those practicing the Rastafarian religion, hence the name. However, the bright colors and beautiful styles of these hats have enticed other cultures around the world to wear them as well. They are worn by both men and women, as well as by children and teenagers.

These type of hats are also known as reggae hats, rasta tams, rasta caps, or rasta berets. They are easy to make at home, and can be crocheted, knit, or sewn. Many rasta hats are made in a variety of colors, which can make them fun to wear for everyone.

There are quite a few crochet patterns for Rasta hats available online, and here are just few of them. Hope you enjoy.

Good job. I would add the keyword hats to your list of keywords, though because I was searching for crochet hat patterns and yours came up a long way down from unrelated hubs about crochet.

I'm not being critical but trying to help.
