Nature Photography In The San Bernardino Mountains
Around dusk the moon begins ascends to the apex of the violet-black sky, which is the perfect time for taking a walk up in the San Bernardino Mountains. I enjoy photographing images of the moon, the mountains, the snow, the sunset, and the beautiful little Sweety cat on my trips to the Lake Arrowhead vicinity. So if you enjoy taking pictures, I can guarantee you will savor moments in the San Bernardino Mountains gazing at the natural beauty of the landscape. The luxury of spending time in the San Bernardino Mountains is the freedom to take a walk during any part of the day or night, and being able to capture the pine dotted mountain vistas.
So how do you get to the San Bernardino Mountains you might be asking? Use Google Maps to plot your driving route to the Lake Arrowhead region, which is approximately eighty miles east of Los Angeles. If you do not want to drive up to the San Bernardino Mountains, you can always take MARTA of the Mountain service for a reasonably priced fair.
Driving From The Los Angeles Region To Lake Arrowhead
When I walk around my beautiful mountain, I love to take pictures of the moon. Here are a few snapshots I captured on my recent trip.
Walking Around The Mountain
As I take a walk around the San Bernardino Mountains, I see many glorious sights to behold via the camera lense.
Snow Covers All!
I love taking pictures of the trees and the mountains when there is a blanket of snow all around. The icicles make me feel quite whimsical, and remember Santa's Village, which was an amusement park that used to operate here in the San Bernardino Mountains.
The Sweety Cat
Sweety cat is a striped black and gray kitten with large golden eyes. Any cat lover will enjoy the marvelous pictures I took of the adorable Sweety cat.
Photograph The Sunset
One of my favorite things to do is to take pictures of the alluring sunsets in the San Bernardino Mountains. Each one brings a new surprise with a wide variation of colors, and cloud patterns. These coupled with the silhouettes created by the trees and mountains make for many interesting photos that I can use as reference for drawing projects.
Photographing the sunset is very spectacular, and it makes me enjoy any trip I take to the mountains.
