A Little Bordello Doll History
The first time I saw the work of Toni Brown was in a VikisFinds Doll Makeover Contest about three years ago. The theme was "Haute Goth." There were many beautiful works of doll art created with this theme, but one of the real eye catchers was simply striking. It was "Abby" from NCIS - in exacting detail to the character.
To the best of my knowledge, "Abby" was one of the first dolls this artist ever worked on, let alone entered in a contest, and truly a work of art.

Ms. Brown's artistic calling began only a few years ago. Prior to creating one of a kind fashion and celebrity artist dolls she was a cosmetologist for fifteen years.
To the right is Ms. Brown's most recent celebrity. "Mick" was inspired by the character Mick St. John, played by actor Alex McLaughlin from the former vampire TV series "Moonlight."
