THIS BUTTON ORNAMENT IS EASY TO MAKE
This is such a simple idea - round button ornament. You can really let your creativity go wild! Use a styrofoam ball, whatever size or sizes you choose, white ball head stick pins, and buttons that are appropriate for your theme or color scheme. Use various sizes of buttons, overlap and layer some of them to create your own unique ornament.
Use ribbon as the finishing touch and, of course, this gives you an opportunity to be creative - the fabric type and color of the ribbon should coordinate with your theme and button color scheme. The possibilities are endless!

MAKE A SWEETHEART BUTTON WREATH
THIS BUTTON WREATH IS GREAT ANY DAY
Before you start pinning and gluing, decide how you want to arrange the buttons and sequins. Have a plan!
WHAT YOU NEED
Styrofoam open heart
Double sided tape
Pink, red or a combination of satin ribbon 5/8" wide
Pink, red or a combination of buttons, assorted sizes and shapes
Craft glue or hot glue gun
MAKE THE WREATH
1) Using double sided tape cover the sides, bottom, inside and outside edges of the heart
2) Remove the protective strip from tape and adhere the ribbon to the exposed tape
3) Pin the buttons to the wreath until it is completely covered
4) Add the sequins as you pin the buttons
5) If there are any gaps, add a second layer of buttons
6) Glue buttons in place, as needed
7) Thread ribbon throughout the wreath and tie a knot in the ends
