You Can Edit Clipart in So Many Ways
Provided the licensing agreement permits it, you can digitally edit your clipart in so many ways. You will need image editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop Elements to do this.
For example, take a look at the beautiful dragon to the side. If you wanted, you could resize the dragon to make it bigger or smaller. You could change the color of the background., You could change the color of any part of the dragon that you wanted. You could add a text message to the picture. You could superimpose this picture on another picture. You could combine the dragon image with another digital image, including clipart or photographs. You could add any number of special effects, including making the image look like an impressionist painting, distorting the shape or just about anything you want to do.
I've demonstrated some of these changes in one of my other articles -- Thanksgiving Clipart. You might want to check it out for an idea of what you can do with clipart and Adobe Photoshop Elements, my favorite image editing software.
There are various other software programs that you can use, but my personal favorite and recommendation is Elements.
