This is a fun Halloween craft project, (FYI: it is a very large project to complete-Advanced Project) This is why we are posting the project nice and early for those who dare to take it on. Lets start out with some of the supplies you will need to begin. The first and most important is the Happy Hauntings cartridge, this cartridge is full of scary Halloween projects that we will be using in this tutorial. For now we will focus on the building of the Haunted House. What you will need (4) 12"x12" heavy black cardstock for the Cricut cutting. We will be able to fit two of the house assembles on each 12 inch page. We will also need a 12'x12" page in velum for the Houses windows. (in white or yellow.) Also we will need a extra large adhissive mat to place our card stock into the Cricut cutter. Once you have all these materials we are ready to get cutting!

Yes, it does take a bit of an investment to get started. But the pay off is quick and valuable if you have these kind of skills and creativity. This is a good start for income because handmade crafts are in demand and have a huge market and are very popular in social media and websites as you already know.

@anonymous: Hey Di, Thanks for visiting! 7â³ is the biggest you can cut when using the standard 12Ã12 mat. I've been thinking about making some modifications to the design and seeing if there is a way to go larger. I have a 24" cutter that may just work for the customization. I will post my findings when I get everything together. Thanks again, Asher

Great job on all your projects. What size did you cut the Haunted Mansion in? I too used 12 X12 heavy card stock but 7 inches is the biggest I was able to cut it. Thank you in advance, Di.

I love cutting vinyl! Thanks for all the helpful tips. Is there a set just for cartridges? I use mine for toolbox stickers, the really awesome ones.
