DROOLery beading & Tool storage
Skip to About 4 Minute Mark
To start what does DROOLery mean? My verbage of Drool worthy Jewelry. When I came across this in Joann's crafts, I started to DROOL! There was more than one size and sadly at the time I could only afford the smallest one when it was on sale.
My glands started working over time when I saw the really big version of this in a video while looking for a way to showcase it for you.
This would be GREAT to bring to family gatherings and let those I want to make gifts for to show me what beads and accents they like; plus there's some room for tools.
I thought if I bring this home, surely my father would pick on me & tell me "If You wanted a tackle box...... you could have used one of mine" When in fact his are full, even a big one that if empy & not too grungy I COULD use! (and have told him this)
This just may help me clean up part of a corner near my bureau. I have a small 3 tier drawer, plus 3 big bead storage things stacked, a small basket with a few assorted things (not just beads) and a small travel case I can include supplies to make one bracelet or a few earrings in. I have some other bead stuff in a re-purposed large wine box (tried to make a trunk but can't find the right hinges). I also have something with spacers in it, some other bead kits that friends have given me, and more so I would hope I could get 3/4 of what I have in here (& get rid of some clutter) sadly the darn thing isn't big enough for this. (I need a a cabinet/wardrobe)
I'd also say this is good for those who love to write Include a journal or 2 (depending on if you have one main or a few for different things Pens, markers etc., paints honestly this woudl be great for your art class especially if you have a mini easel like a tabletop one though I don't know if it would fit in the top, but you'd still at least have everything you may need! Also great for those that scrap or smash book and so many other possibilities!
I LOVE the colors of the one I got I think it's called Vineyard, it looks fun. It reminds me of those caboodle caddies from back in the 1990s.
I have the model in the picture here, my tools are in the top part. As for what beads etc I have well the 4 different 'levels' are 'findings' which are earring hooks, jump rings and those sorts. The 2nd is my Copper and Brass collections, the 3 & fourth, I One of them has a spot for charms, and strands of beads also have some glass beads and the rest is assorted odds and ends. I tried leaving some parts open to throw in what I thought I would need if I take it with me, say to a family gathering to take orders of what beads, size and colors they may want. I've filled it a bit since and occasionally re-organize what's in it.
I am currently trying to create stuff from some of the beads that's already in there so I clear it out for other beads or using of the 'shelves' to include the jewelry I've made in it.
Creative Options Grab & Go System has many more options, and they're not just hard molds. You can check the videos, one of them shows I think 5 different ones, varying in size and from around $20 and up so there's one for every budget.
There's even one that is like a small trunk! (shown in one of the videos)

Deluxe model review
(I'm not sure why but the amazon widget is not showing my review so here it is)
I'd say this is the deluxe version of my model!
I'm not sure if the containers in this are adjustable to to put beads in of various sizes, but this I'd say is the semi- professional craft organizer.
I think the tool/storage area was bigger or just deeper as the containers just not sure if it would be the same mount of storage as the smaller one like mine. This is likely the one best suited for (Painting, drawing etc) artists.
There's one even bigger just can't seem to find it online
Cute pink and Purple grab n go 'deluxe'
I thought it would be a good idea to include a video that would detail what this large one can hold, I heard the lady say in the video that she saw one that was even bigger than this one!
My apologies for the narrow view, (I really hate when people film this way on their mobile phones) You will need to forward head a bit as they talk a lot even before they open the box. They open the case so you can see what it's like etc. & note unless someone sends it as a gift or you order it online from somewhere that you order other stuff from, scrap-booking or other craft items do not come with it.
Have you got one? You know you want one..
I did when I saw them, I just wanted the really big sized one which I sadly cannot find a link to and is sadly now discontinued
Will you buy your own? (even if it s NOT for craft purposes)
Can you think of any other purposes (besides a tacklebox, make-up or crafting storage this can be used for?)
I'll include your ideas (w/ credit) in a list right here!
This Mini Organizing idea is great, and if you have your own store you can make a few extra dollars with it! (check it out and see) I so can't wait to do this but I think I may need help or may be a bit nervous to do the 'etching' myself. I just need decent enough sandpaper to do it (or a power sander) and then I can get on with trying to make designs on the tins.
I've recently come across a link from "Go Make Something" on how to prep tins when you up cycle them in case you want to do that tin craft
