My Very Favorite Thing To Crochet Is Flowers!

I especially love crocheting what I call "fantasy flowers." They don't exist anywhere except in my imagination. Sometimes I have a mental picture before I start out... other times I just let the design develop as I go. I find it amusing and relaxing to make them. Maybe you will, too!

This is the time to drag out all those little bits of scrap thread that you just couldn't part with but had no idea what to do with.

I hope you enjoy making lots of these in every color you can imagine!

Get The Hooks I Use! - You Will LOVE It!

What You Will Need

Small amounts of scrap crochet thread - all in same size (I used #10)

Crochet hook size 8 or your preferred size

1 spool Kreinik Fine Braid Gold #8 (or you could use any gold #10 of your choice)

If you want to add beads, I think it's easiest to choose beads with holes large enough for your crochet hook to fit through. For some reason I just don't like dealing with thread with beads on it - I'm always tangling it up! I prefer to crochet the bead in as I go.
