These repeating borders can be downloaded to your computer and resized for your convenience. You can download each border by right clicking , "view background image", then "save as" to your PC. You will then have to upload each image to an image hosting site like TinyPic, ImageShack or PhotoBucket. After you upload your image grab the image code. Choose "direct link" and insert the code where I have it marked (YOUR IMAGE URL HERE).
Adjust the padding _ _ px till it looks right.
