Free Valentine's Day Printables - Share the Love with Cards, Decor & Coloring Pages for the Kids
It's time for hugs and kisses!
I'm already feeling the love so I decided to create a few printables that will hopefully help you set the mood for Valentine's Day.
I didn't always like this holiday, I even though it was really cheesy when I was a teen (my boyfriends didn't argue) but an older and wiser friend said when I'll met the right guy I'll get the meaning of Valentine's day.
An it was just as the older but wiser friend said, when I met my partner and when we started dating the previously kitsch Valentine's Day suddenly felt warm and fuzzy and I've been enjoying this holiday since. It gets warmer and warmer each year and I get cheesier and cheesier.
This year I decided to share the love with the world and make a few printables you can use to decorate your rooms or as a card to give to your loved ones. And to ignite the love for this holiday amongst the youngest ones I've also included free printable Valentine themed coloring pages the kids can color.

This is my first printable (right click the image to save it) and this one practically summarizes my feelings in my relationship. The you and me forever part is really personal for me as when I saw my partner for the first time I knew there was a connection and before we even started dating I remember saying to my friend if I ever get together with him he's the one I'll love forever. I just knew it. And our forever is still going strong.
Our relationship wasn't all pink though, there were quite a few obstacles we faced, from my numerous health problems to distance but in the end love did conquer all. As it should.
This one isn't as personal as the first one, I think it's quite playful. I was thinking about things I associate with Valentine's Day.
Free Printable Valentine's Day Cards
One of the more fun things about Valentine's Day is getting and giving cards! Before I started "not liking" Valentine's Day as a teen I remember how happy I was when I got my first card in my school bag in primary school. I never did find out who it was from (for all I know it could be my mother - if that's the case I love you mom!) but it made me feel like I was on cloud nine.
I was always more keen on cards that have a dash of humour (not nasty ones although I did see one rather cure ones with nails and hammer the other day) so I wanted to make one that has a bit of it too. And I think I did a decent job... Especially for those who want to give the card to their crush - I know my partner looked like a target to me and if I had a chance to shoot him with a Cupid's arrow I would ;)
If you want something that pops on the other hand this is the perfect card - it needs some assembly but it's nothing complicated or demanding - you'll have to cut it and glue the little envelope in the heart. You can write whatever you want in it and give someone a note from the heart. Cute!
