Funny Egg Art

Updated on July 16, 2011

Don't just eat them...they'll make you laugh.

Egg art is hilarious. Poor little things. They're always cracked, fried, boiled, eaten or even stepped at, but they never complain. Well, there's more you can do to eggs and that is, draw on them. I'm not talking about Easter décor. Just grab some markers, basically black and draw whatever you can think of. Some creative minds have come up with entire situations that are a pretty good laugh. See below and try it yourself. Enjoy!

Be Nice

Don't throw away the eggs after you draw on them and have had fun. It's food after all.

Handle with care

Eggs are delicate. Hold them gently. If you get all excited and close your hand, the egg might crack just the next second.

Can't draw?

If you're not good at drawing, not to worry. To begin you just need to know how to draw smiley faces. And as you draw, you will get better at it. Checkout the vidoes below for some basic smiley drawing lessons.

Wow. These are fantastic. My mom and I used to blow eggs (bad, wasteful, aw!) and decorate them with artist's markers or watercolors to hang on an Easter Egg Tree every year when I was little. I loved those eggs. But we never thought to make faces like this! These are hilarious!
