In my search for gifts to make for your pet, I came on to what I consider some outstanding homemade pet gifts. There are gifts for all pets: gifts for dogs, gifts for cats, gifts for birds and even ideas for a pet gift basket.

All the projects that I have included in this article have a picture so you can see what the finished product looks like, and the site name and address that gives the directions for making the pet gift. To make the cat cozy shown above, go to eilen tein. The English version of the pattern is at the end of the post.

1. Kitty's T-shirt Tent

Cat's expect to be spoiled, so he or she will expect you to make him/her a t-shirt tent to relax in. This is really a neat project which doesn't take much time at all to make. See how easy it really is by going to instructables, where you'll find the tutorial.

Plenty of ideas here for gifts for the favorite pet in your life. The ones kids can help create are a good idea, teaching kids that others (even pets) in their lives like gifts as much as they do.
