Google Photo Editing

Updated on November 10, 2012

Picasa . . . Lots of Features

If you like editing your digital photos, Google has a fantastic programme that you can download and use for free - Picasa. PIcaso is fantastic for organising your images . . . you can tag them, add keywords, add geotags, mark as favorite and loads more. The current version of Google Picasa is 3.9. There are versions available for PC, Mac and Linux too.

There are so many different effects that you can apply to make your photos look like professional artwork!

I have taken one photo of my youngest son (Brayden) and applied some different effects so you can see what is possible. OK, maybe I was just looking for a reason to show off my gorgeous son :)

I am planning to get the photo that I applied the "holga-ish" effect to put on a canvas as I think this effect is just stunning.

There is so much that you can do with Picasa, and amazingly it is a 100% free program!

Free Photo Editing . . . . Thanks Google - This is my original image, I use the same image in each of the effects so that you can see what they do.
