A way to use old photos in your décor. My son has hung this baseball picture over the fireplace in the office of his new home. The picture is a baseball picture of the Bow Valley Braves that his dad, my husband, played on during the 1950s and early1960s. I had an 8" x 10" photo that I had enlarged to fit into a 27" x 32" frame. This is a 310 X enlargement. The enlarged photo cost only $15.70. I couldn't believe that it would be that inexpensive. I bought the frame at a Goodwill store for $10, and painted it with a matte black finish. Because the photo wasn't quite as large as the frame, I also painted the matting that was with the picture in the frame. I'm altogether very pleased with this picture, not only because it brings back great memories, but also because my son wants to display it in his home.
