life's like a box of chocaholics?

Updated on June 8, 2010

Life has gotten a little prettier since I've gotten a little uglier. Ever seen a great sunset and not even think about where it came from or who painted it? I kinda think that I have at one time or another. Just think... this whole world is made up of all kinds of little miracles. Miracles like the soft summer winds that gently caress the grass into submission. Or what about the way winds can make the waters wave at all around. Rain pours down and quenches the earth to produce the beautiful colors of life in all the flowers and trees. You know...even a dead tree can look like a wonderful gift from God when He paints a wonderful sky behind it. It rained this morning. The sounds of it and the thunder are a song that will never be heard again. The light show was beautiful. I love how the rain tastes! I love how it feels on closed eyes as I face up to the dark grey clouds. So as my hair gets grey and my skin gets a little saggier, my eyes will always see a  world full of miracles that make life a little prettier. Hello? Is anyone out there?

I love your photos and the way you write. It seems we notice similar things - sunsets and rain, miracles in little things, etc. Check out my hubs, I have written about them and with accompanying photos too.
