I Heart Hearts ... Do You?

My two favorite things to design in crochet are hearts and/or roses. Preferably involving both! I try to do a new heart design each year for Valentine's Day. I'm going to share a brand new design for 2012 with you right here! I've called it "I Heart Hearts." Every color change you see is a different series of hearts! This is so much fun to make! We will also be adding optional beads and a 3D rose decoration to attach to the center of the doily.

The one I'm making will be a gift for one of my good friends. Who will you make yours for? The doily works up very quickly. You can also use it as a candle lid cover. I design them to fit the glass candle jars you see everywhere.

I really hope you enjoy seeing pictures of some of my heart designs and have fun crocheting "I Heart Hearts!" Thanks so much for visiting!

You Can Change From Doily To Candle Lid Cover And Back Again! - The removable drawstring/ribbon does the trick!
