These are not for the average driver; these are for the elite population who have no qualms about spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on a car. But that doesn’t stop most of us from admiring these mighty machines. Following is the list of the top 10 most expensive cars on the planet. (You better start saving.)

Priced at $845,000.
10. Ferrari 599XX:
(Country=Italy) This car is available for purchase by invite only and is made for the track, not the street. That’s probably a good thing, as the price tag is rumored to be over $2 million. The V12 engine boasts 700 HP and speeds of 0-60 in 2.9 seconds. The top speed is 202 mph and was first introduced to the public at the 2009 Geneva Auto Show.
