Skateboarding Taken to Another Dimention

I have been skating for a good two years now. I have gotten to experience my first Ollie, my first win at a game of skate, and of course, my first real bail while riding. I have loved each part of this journey too. Waking up early to have the streets to myself, riding for hours on end and always trying to get a new trick down, it has all been fun and exciting in many ways. I have also made many friends through skating.

I have a lot to thank to skating since it has made me a more daring and carefree person. It truly relaxes me to ride down a hill with the wind gushing around me and being able to let everything go for just a moment. So you can imagine my excitement and bewilderment when I first heard of the new electric skateboards.

I was rather skeptical of being able to enjoy an electric skateboard. Not having to kick the ground for a good boost, being able to build and design your board and relying on a control with a determined amount of speed, it did not seem right to me. But, after some research and consideration, I am really looking forwards to having one of my own. Their design, the way they ride smoothly and just what a sight into the future we are getting with them, they have become something to produce awe and wonder in many skaters and non skaters alike. I would still be able to feel the wheels ride over the cracks, feel that sense of freedom and all. I do wonder if they easier to brake because of the engine and all.

The electric skateboards are usually built to look like long boards for easier maneuvering and shredding when going at high speeds. There are some that don't even look like a board, relying completely on an energized wheel. Even though most of us would prefer a smaller body, the wheels are more independent and the board is better for control and all when it comes to these new inventions. The engine system is a great revolution to say the least. At first it may look hard to ride and complicated to control but the commands for stopping and going are great and it is all very compact.

Many people will be able to pick these boards up in the future and be able to ride in minutes. There are quite a couple to choose from, all with different flexibility, speeds and gears. The innovation is ever growing as well with new producers trying out their different skills on this mechanic and idea. Along with these boards there are many competing products.

Bolt: The Most Portable Electric Vehicle in the World

The leading boards right now are the Yuneec E-go electric skateboard, the Bolt Motion (which is a personal project) and the Leaf electric skateboard. The other products, mostly brought to us by Inventus are so amazing and great to use to. The hovertrax, the solowheel, lunicycle, rus, swerver skates, hydroglider, powering, aquaskipper and orbit wheels have all become a great leap forwards for technology and transports alike. All awesome inventions that many people want to ride, they are as easy to get a grip of and start to understand. The controls are all very smooth and understanding too.

These vehicles are perfect for the summer and places where you can take long walks, preferably a spot like a college campus. Walking around in an airport, long halls, going from one building to another, are some of the needs that one of these electric skateboards can supply solution to. Those of you out there who need to do lots of walking against time will be happy to know there is such a great transportation. No effort, not much of an expense and you will be on time to your next appointment or class.

Your hoverboard has finally arrived. Experience the joy of riding through your city, campus, or neighborhood as if you were surfing a wave or snowboarding through fresh powder. You won't be able to stop smiling whether you're running errands, riding to work, or just enjoying a sunny day with your friends and family. Using a lithium battery, powerful motors and brakes, and simple wireless control, we've turned a beautiful Loaded longboard into an incredible electric vehicle.

Another great invention I want mention is the one wheel. Yes one wheel! It is just one wheel with two foot pedals at the side but it does not resemble a unicycle. It looks more like the board used for surfers to train before going out to the waves. Dynamic and self balancing, this product is also a competing giant with its flexibility and easy learning curve. There is a video below if you want to see how it works and how relaxed you can be while riding it. Here I t I would require a great skill at keeping my balance but the board does everything for you, making you feel secure and letting you go fast without any restraint.

Now, many of you are wondering if any of these are safe, or I presume you also wondered that, the same as I did. I am here to tell you that most of these boards are completely safe for anyone to use. They have been tested time and time again, always keeping in mind durability, restraint and speed. Some of them do go fast, and there is no other truth to face but to know that if you go too fast, you might fall and hurt yourself.

Nevertheless, the inventors have spent thousands of hours perfecting the stopping of the boards and have made them almost perfect for being able to stop at a high speed. Physics will still apply and you will keep going forwards even if your way of transport stops. My tip is to make sure you are leaning back when getting ready to stop and be ready for an abrupt end to the joyride. The same applies to riding a normal skateboard I guess but it really does not have the same feeling since this is not produced with kicks on the ground but by a motor.

To sum this leap into the future, I know many of us will be getting one or more of these products for daily use. Most of us will probably even let it become our way of transport from our home to our house as well. I know I will have to get my hands on them. They will all revolutionize the way we live and commute, that is for sure, especially with the new Hendo hover board being tested and fixed up for our use. Who would have t we would actually get to see a hoverboard in 2015!

The future is filled with thrills and improvements I cannot wait to try. The point is, this is our future and it is going to be great. The electric board is here to stay and it looks fantastic, easy to use and really fun as well.
