The Royal Enfield Classic 500 is armed with a potent fuel-injected 499cc single-cylinder twin spark engine that produces 27.2bhp at 5250rpm and a maximum torque of 41.3Nm at 4000rpm. The power is transmitted to its rear wheel drive through a cutting-edge five-speed gearbox. To provide a smooth ride on various terrain, the Royal Enfield Classic 500 is equipped with a 90/90-19 tyre at the front and 120/80-18 tyre at the rear which increases its road grip. The bike’s ride quality is assured by front 35mm telescopic forks (130mm travel) and a rear twin gas charged shock absorbers with 5-step adjustable preload (80mm travel).
