Upcoming car models of 2015 in India

Many car makers start designing their cars in India itself according to the requirement and compatibility of Indian costumers. For eg: Hyundai is planning to set up a plant in Hyderabad with an investment of 2000cr. Companies like Tata, Datsun, Fiat, Reno, Honda etc. are planning to start producing cars for Indian customers and also planning to modify the existing models too.

TATA Nano Twist Active

World's least priced car Nano from Tata Motors is coming with a new version of it called " TATA NANO TWIST" .Rather than introducing this car as cheap car, they want to project it as a 'smart city car'.

The twist is coming with better interior and the backside storage. Earlier variants don't have an back open option. The Twist comes with AC, front power windows, power steering, central locking with keyless entry, a music system with Bluetooth, twin Gloveboxes and semi digitized instrument cluster.

The other variants of Tata nano twist is coming with AMT automatic gearbox even though its priced little higher.

Twist is also powered with the same twin cylinder 642cc engine which produces 38PS and 51Nm of torque. Uses 4 speed gear box with a top speed of 105km/h.

The Nano twist is priced at INR 2.31 lakhs and with a fuel efficiency of 25.4km/l .

Datsun Redi-Go

Datsun Redi-Go is the third car from the Japanese car maker. It was unveiled at the 2014 car expo. Now it's been a conceptual model and the company now start designing the production variant of it in its factory. The news coming from the Japanese car maker is that they will launch it in early 2015.

It is expected to be powered by the same 1.2 liter three cylinder engine that produces 67bhp and 104Nm of torque. Five speed manual gearbox and also hearing that it will offer optional CNG and LPG.

Priced at a range between Rs.3.35lakh to Rs 5.5 lakhs and will compete in the B-segment with Chevrolet sail ,Tata indica ev2 and Hyundai i10

Tata Kite and Tata Bolt

The kite is coming with a modified variant of Indica with hatchback and sedan models. They are placed at a price range of between INR 4-5lakhs and will compete with chevrolet beat, Hyundai i10 and Maruti celerio. powered by a 1.2 liter petrol engine. The diesel variant of it comes with a 1.4 liter engine.

Tata's second car that to be introduced in 2015 is its Bolt. It's a modified hatchback model of its recently launched Zest car. It is first introduced in 2014 auto expo. It's a modified and build on Indica vista platform. It is powered by 1.2 liter revotron turbo petrol engine, also AMT Diesel version also to be available. They are placed at a price range of Rs.5-6lakhs.Consumers can also think they will come with 1.2 petrol and 1.3liter diesel engine variants.

Maruthi Celerio diseal

They are introducing India's smallest diesel engine fitted car. Company also saying that it's not a fiat engine and ingeniously built into it. They are coming to compete with existing cars like several beat and ford Figo. They will come to be introduced in early 2015.

Fiat punto evo abarth and Fiat 500 abarth

Fiat punto Evo Abarth is coming with more power and performance. This car is powered by Linea's 1.4liter T get engine which produces 140bhp Power. Its price range starts from 9.5lacks.

Earlier they introduced fiat 500 which is slightly disappointing. Now them coming with a modified version of fiat 500 powered by a 1.4 liter turbo petrol Engine. They are priced below than Volkswagen beetle.

Honda Jazz:

Compete with Hyundai i20, Honda is introducing new Jazz models to the Indian market. Earlier version of jazz is very attracted With its good interior space. They are priced between INR 6-8lakhs.Powered by 1.2 ivtech petrol engine and will enter the market By march end.It is introducing to Indian market with a new name called 'FIT'.
