What is the most outrageous driving violation you've ever witnessed?

Simone's Weekly Inspiration made me remember the wackiest driving moment my husband and I ever witnessed. On an eight lane road in Florida, we were stopped at a stop light when suddenly, the person in the FAR RIGHT lane decided to take a U-turn, on the red light across 4 lanes of traffic. I think everyone else was so stunned we didn't even honk. What is the worst driving you've ever seen? I'd love to hear some other crazy stories!

That reminds me. There's a commercial for a cell phone that includes a scene of a young man driving while simultaneously showing his passenger a picture on it. From the movement of objects out his window I'd say he was doing about thirty MPH.

Great story Judy! My father-in-law had Alzheimer's and we had a doctor's orders for his license to be taken away. However, when he died and we were going through his things, we found a new, valid license!

Pretty much anyone driving in Florida is a violation of some kind. Worst drivers ever... imo.

Wow. I see police officer's changing lanes with no signals at high and low speeds, turn on their lights just to get through a red light, and other nonsense, but this one takes the cake. They are never wrong in their own eyes though.
