I had mechanic fix car as it has noisy tire. He determined it was bearing and fixed it. Car still sound same noise. Now he say it's the hub and cost more for hub part. Does this sound right?

Thank you. I'm just confused why it wasn't done together as car was still bad after bearing was changed. Car is an 06 Hyundai and I went to Monroe which I had hoped was legit. I guess I'm just paying labor as I had to change hub anyways. Thank you
