they said it was the battery so i got a new one but its still doing it. it makes a starting noise for a couple minutes then finally starts. anyone know what it could be?

it could be the starter wearing out....the starter has bushings that touch when you crank it....when those bushings wear out it takes longer to start....im about 90% sure
