if someone hits my car and i have full coverage does my insurance pay for anything
It depends on who's fault it was. If it was there fault and it is proven then their insurance company usually pays, and vise versa. Sometimes there is a dispute, sometimes theres not.
I believe yours will pay if the other person doesn't have insurance but I would ask your insurance company to make sure.
