my off ??the car is not paid for yet but he has made every payment on the car through my checking acct. i just would like it out of my name. thank u va frick
You will have to go back to the dealership with your son and they will have you RE finance the car as if you're buying it all over again, but under his name. Because they will have to run his credit a lone to see if he qualifies to purchase the car. I hope that helps!
He needs a new loan. You have guaranteed this loan and you can't stop. If his credit is good, he may be able to re-finance the loan.
