Will we see natural gas vehicles mass produced in the U.S. over the next several years?
Shell and GM have recently signed agreements with Westport, a manufacturer of natural gas vehicles. Is this a sign that they are ready to start producing these alternative vehicles? Honda has offered a Civic GX for over ten years, which is operated on Natural Gas.
I don't think natural gas will go to that level. It is still at test level.
Hybrids are the one that will be mass produced and almost every car manufacturer have models in hybrid.
