    Mine was FREE! There was a reason it was free... because it didn't run;) Had to get a bit of work on it first - which cost around $300. I hated that car! Smelled bad, ceiling fabric was falling of ... ugh!

    Mine is a 1997 GMC Sonoma, nothing special, but it runs well and gets really good gas mileage. I can't complain.

    $3000. Wrote it off turning at an intersection 3 weeks after getting license.

    Just bought a truck. Two cars in one year... 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 quad cab with $57k miles for $15000 after my trade and $12000 after my downpayment.

    (It's mine but my boyfriend drives it and pays it... Technically it's his, but my name is on everything. He has terrible credit and unless we wanted 18% interest his name wasn't going on it.)

    My first car cost 500 bucks. A used chevy ss, classic. drove it 5 months and then someone smashed into it... that was the end of that.
