If you can't Ram it Dodge It!

Updated on March 27, 2013

My 2012 Charger`

This lens is in regards to the best car I have ever bought. We had stopped at the local Dodge dealership on December 3, 2011. When we had gone there that day it had been a little overcast and a little on the chilly sided, but what would you expect for the great northwest, We had stopped in to check on a work van. As we are trying to start a delivery business that is eco - friendly/ We were just about to leave when my boyfriend had asked me if I wanted to test drive this brand new Dodge Charger I had been looking at, and the salesman had told him of some special features that might not have been important to anyone but myself as I was in desperate need of having heated seats. Did you know that the newer models of cars get better gas mileage now?

Our car has never gone anywhere without being spotless. - For your new car

Things to get for your new car.

The features in this car do not compare.

Sorry, she's mine you can go get one though.

When we first got our Dodge Charger it was like being Royalty, everyone would point at the car. And all you could here were slight murr murrs of people saying "Wow, what a beautiful car"

And we have the option of shifting the car manually or leaving it to automatically shift. Now I know I left you hanging with the question of the newer cars getting better gas mileage. When the sales man asked us if we were happy with the test drive, we had both said ues but kinda wished it were a manual transmission. Then he asked us why and we had said because we knew that the manual transmission cars got better gas mileage, and with the prices of gas as high as they are now a days, we wanted something that got good gas mileage.

What he told us next about dropped both of our jaws. He told us that the new 8 speed transmission that was in the car we just test drove got better gas milage than the new manual transmission cars. And when he told us about being able to shift the car like we would a manual we were in awe. I never drove with the slap shift paddles before, and being able to switch from regular drive to sports mode on the fly was outstanding. We figured since buying the car and the fun we have driving it, we were really glad we did not have the one with a hemi in it.

Some of the great features are the heated seats in the front In looking at the picture if you see where the glare is on the dashboard, sorry about that, That is normally where the digital read out is of how fast you are traveling. Along with gauges that warn you if your tires are low, when you need to go in for an oil change. Speaking of which the automobile industry has changed it from what we use to know as 3 months or 3,000 miles. Well now they have it at 5,000 miles. The first year they provide you with Sirrius Radio, chanell 8 for the 80's, 7 for the 70's 9 for the more current, then they have The Pulse which is on channel 10 I believe, which is more the contemporary or easy listening.

Not only do you have all this stuff available in the car, nut there is the remote start. And since I am handicapped I use that function all the time. And it is a keyless entry car. So no more digging at the bottom of my big bag or purse. I can keep them in my pocket and off we go.

I wonder who else is writing on this topic? - Lets just go check it out

Although I know my car is the best, (wink, wink), .Lets see what others have to say.
