I am a massage therapist with 15 years of experience. I am especially interested in crystals, energy healing, numerology, and wellness.

How to use crystals and Stones to improve your work performance. Here are four crystals to keep close while working, Bloodstone, Rose Quartz, Smokey Quartz, and Green Aventurine.

1. Bloodstone

Do you suffer from fatigue or low energy and struggle throughout the day having to make more cups of coffee just to stay alert? If so, then you would benefit from a stone that is known to be a powerful energizer like Bloodstone.

Properties and keywords:

Which do you suffer from?

See results

Bloodstone is most noted for being green with red spots that resemble drops of blood. It is used for its ability to promote circulation of all energy in the body. It can also be placed in the home or office workspace to increase the flow of life energy. If you have been suffering from a stagnant mood and low energy at work this stone may be your solution to overcome lethargy and return your mood and productivity to normal.

Now you can put down the coffee and get back in there feeling revived with less caffeine dependence; not to mention less coffee breath. Please take note, however, a good nights rest is still needed. For example, coming to work hungover or from a long night of video gaming requires a completely different crystal altogether.

Other uses of Bloodstone at work:

2. Smokey Quartz

Protection from negative environments

Do you work in an environment with a high level of stress or deal with more negative situations or are you a problem solver that works in customer service and dealing with peoples problems is your everyday life?

Which do you have trouble with?

Smokey Quartz will be your best friend to help you transmute negative energy and allow you to get things done. Smokey Quartz grounds you and restores the balance allowing you to be your positive cheerful self while dealing with unpleasant situations in your everyday workload. Think of Smokey Quartz as your protective stone. You will feel as though you have an extra boost of energy and happiness when this crystal is around. Smokey Quartz is also great for students, opening a path for learning and the ability to focus.

Rose Quartz allows you to be compassionate and nurturing.

Rose Quartz is my favorite crystal to help give me the energy to be more compassionate and loving to those in my care. The energy of Rose Quartz is that of love, compassion, and beauty and can restore your sense of self worth allowing you to remember that you are the best caretaker full of love and compassion and be a mama to all that need your care and guidance. This crystal can also help managers and those in leadership roles who have a team to lead and are always sought out for guidance and a little nurturing to help them get back on track.

4. Green Aventurine

Can Increase Your Sales And Improve Luck

My favorite crystal to call on old lady luck is Green Aventurine. Do you have a career in sales? Is your outstanding performance dependent upon you knocking on the right door or calling the right prospective client? Maybe your job depends on you being at the right place at the right time. Those types of jobs can be tough. Good planning isn't always effective when it actually comes down to luck and synchronicity of being at the right place at the right time.

Creating A Space For Your Crystals At The Office

We may not all have the luxury or the personal space to create Zen Gardens in our office or workspace. Just having them near you is enough. It isn't necessary for them to be out and visible to everyone. This can be your little secret. I personally like to see my crystals or wear them so that I can touch them. Feel free to be as discreet or as open as you like. There are a few ways that you could do both. Decorate your office with a crystal bonsai tree or maybe a rose quartz clock. There are many decorative options available to make this work for you. To start though only a few tumbled stones will work. Just put them in your pocket or right on top of your desk under your computer screen. Wearing crystal jewelry like chip bracelets or necklaces will work as well. The most important thing is that you find what works for you and is comfortable so that you will actually have them and use them to better your work day. Maybe they will even help your coworkers.

A Great Reference Book For Identifying Crystals

My best guide to finding other crystals to work with is The Crystal Bible. This wasn't my first crystal guidebook but by far the most extensive and best that I've purchased. There are now 2 other editions now available with even more crystals added if you ever exhaust or feel you want to own them all.

It is a very extensive handy book to have which includes lots of pictures to help you identify the crystals you are wanting to work with. It is full of details about the stones and their attributes. It features over 200 crystals and would be a great first book for any beginner needing a crystal directory. This is a great book to learn about different stones and their healing attributes as well as how to meditate with them and also how to care for them.

      @the rawspirit

Hi Bobby, Thanks for the kind comments. I suggest using a Rose Quartz to clear any lingering guilt or anger. The rose quartz will definitely help to balance the emotions and heal and even rejuvenate you from a loss of this magnitude. I'm so sorry for your loss. If you get one and decide that it's not quite enough get a clear quartz. Clear quartz will amplify any stones effects and energy. I so hope this helps. Try sleeping with the rose quartz under you pillow inside your pillow case. Hopefully you will feel better each day you wake.

      Much love and light Bobby!

Thanks, Maurice, I really appreciate your knowledge. I have just recently purchased a small box of crystals and stones. I am just learning how they affect my environment. I just lost my mom yesterday and I feel like I have been shot by 45. Any suggestions as to the type of stone or crystal I might need. Wishing you well. Bobby
