5 Basic Principles in MLM

All of those who want to reach big success in the MLM industry have to follow certain rules. Those principles are important so you could start your business correctly, but remember that in multi-level marketing as in everything in life the most important factor is you, your willingness to be succeeded, to be always in the front line, always learning and developing ourselves.

1- Commit yourself with success

Before you start in any business you need to commit yourself with success. If you think just making an experience you shouldn´t get in mlm. On the other hand if you really want to have success this is the perfect business to reach your financial independence, but you should have a great desire for success. You should analyze the real potential of this industry and after you realize how much you can earn in this business you should make your own goals and commit yourself to reach those objectives - no matter what.

2 – You must study and analyse the marketing plan and the products of your company

Knowing for real the marketing plan of your company it´s a decisive factor! Study it, talk with your sponsor about all the aspects and realize how you could take the maximum benefits of it. Know how to explain it to other person it´s not enough – you should analyze it mathematically so you know what´s the best strategy for your business. If you´re not convinced of all the benefits and if you don´t know really well the products of your company you will never be a good leader. In order to feel yourself comfortably you should use the products frequently.

3- Use a system with proven results and that you´re identified with

This point is really important. I assure you most people don´t analyze this question and then they fail, cause in most cases the system wasn´t good enough and/or people don´t fit in the system.

So, in my opinion, first you should know how you´re going to work, what are the techniques and tools that you´ll use to develop your business, and then if you are identified with all of that you can start working. Most people don´t do this so they fail and give up.

4 – Learn how to do it – with the right person

Understand the business of your company, make your own objectives and start looking for your mentor, the person who will guide you to do the right things to reach your goals – normally this person it´s the one you admire for he´s qualities.

Establish a working plan and remember that to be succeeded you have to take responsibilities and initiative to do your tasks. The important is to begin, to start making things – each action you take will lead to results.

5 – Help your downline

Don´t forget that your organization is formed by persons – don´t try to modify or pressure them. Instead you should help them – you should understand their needs and objectives. Learn to lead. Each person has it´s “time”. A constant follow-up will help to maintain the motivation through the results.

      I wouldn´t say difficult - most average people don´t succeed in MLM because they don´t have a strong desire to be succeeded they have only an average desire and average willingness to succeed and so they won´t succeed in MLM and they won´t be succeeded in any other kind of business.

      If one has a strong willingness and desire he will learn what it takes and struggle to get results. The problem is that most people want easy money. They don´t wanna learn and work just want to be paid and MLM is not about easy money. MLM is about learning, work, persistence, motivation, leadership and helping others.

      Most people don´t wanna do what it takes to have big results and big success - That´s my opinion.

      The thing about MLM is it is proven over and over that it is very difficult for the average person. I know a few people personally that do very well in MLM but even they admit it's not for the average person to get into.
