Self Awareness

Awareness is particularly essential for succeeding the right job. One got an ambition for achieving a desired job, so the self evaluation only tell him that he is perfectly fit for it or not. Then only he will get the work satisfaction, competency etc… Also from an employer point of view the candidate should have this kind of IQ, EQ, knowledge, skill, and temperament. Precisely, self awareness will give you the right selection of job and job satisfaction.

About 80% people in the world are not living with job satisfaction. Their reason to change or acquire new job is current job. So winning the right job is crucial in one’s life. One attains satisfaction in the undesired job by virtue of time and circumstances accept the nature of job and compromise his wish and ambition and continue in the job.

In an interview the employer and employee understand and access each other. They came to know the policies, protocols and portfolios each other. Therefore a good knowledge of one’s qualities is imperative for succeeding the right job and this self knowledge is nothing but “self awareness”.

Self confidence is a state of mind. After self awareness you amplify it. Every successful people will have this virtue. So why don’t you? Self confidence is the minimum requirement for the existence of your successful job career. Typically self confidence can create and perfected in your mind.

Discovering the talents in you is the first step to develop self confidence.

If we examine a succeeded person’s track record you will find that they failed more than they succeeded. They didn’t dwell on their failures. They concentrated on their goals, believed in themselves and pushed ahead. Successful people are not always successful. But they and we will only focus on their success not on failures!!! Then this helps create self confidence that propels them to great success.

Steve jobs and Dhirubhai Ambani, they had no worthwhile financial background to start industry. But their contribution to the development of present day economy and industry can’t be under estimated. They had goals in life and confidence in their ability to achieve it. Had they lacked that confidence nobody would have bothered to write about their life and achievement.

Positive Attitude

Organization selects candidates for attitudes and trains them for skills. People with knowledge and skills some time fail due to wrong attitude. But with right attitude people are seen to be succeeded even though lacking in their knowledge and skills. Abraham Lincoln was financially poor but attitudinally rich.

Once people with positive attitude line up in an organization all the rest issues can be managed.

Is attitude is a born quality? I don’t think so .Parents will a play crucial role in building right attitude. A role model will. Education, friendship and living environment depending factors in building right attitude.

Dear candidates the attitude won’t suffer you while you are studying or in loving care of your parents. When you come in contact with outside world you will suffer to make a living. Though there are people to help, to a large part self sufficient will be called for.
