50 Ways To Make Money From Home

Updated on June 20, 2014

How Many Ways Are There To Make Money At Home

There are numerous ways to make money from home, but I am going to talk about 50 reliable methods. This is the place to learn all about how to make money from home, and to make money from home, most people including myself turn to the online industry that is buzzing with activity. I want to show you 50 great ways to make money from home because I find it very easy to work in my home. Some people who work at home produce millions of dollars. I am not one of these people yet, but I hope to be soon. I want to show you some great methods of making money from home.

Sell Your Unused Items on eBay

eBay is a powerful tool that allows you to sell your own products on eBay. Sort of like a mini store, eBay allows you to show off your products that you want to sell. You could make a couple of dollars to a couple of thousand dollars. I know Legos the best, and I recommend selling those because their price more than triples when the Lego Set retires. You can see this method in action right here I just discovered this method, so I am in the process of selling buying and selling Legos right now. I know eBay has a couple of small fees and everyone uses it, but eBay is a great method to making tons of money.

Squidoo

Squidoo is a great money making method that I as well as thousands or even millions of other people use. Over 1 million lenses, or websites, have been made on Squidoo, and it is a good source of traffic, sales, ads, and more! Some lensmasters commonly make thousands of dollars on Squidoo a month. Don't miss out because Squidoo is a good source of income and is a very fun experience at the same time!

Zazzle

I haven't made any money off of Zazzle yet, but you can create your own products very easily. You can create magnets, t-shirts, and more! In fact, you could probably buy your stuff on Zazzle and sell it on eBay. Making Zazzle products and selling them on eBay gives you a good advantage since it is your creation, you can make the price (but please be reasonable too). Also, you get to decide the commission that you get from Zazzle. I wouldn't go over 20% though, but you can go at 19.99% instead.

Zujava

Zujava is an online website that allows you to earn money for your content which is similar to Squidoo. Zujava is a new place to go, so there won't be much competition. You won't earn as much money for Tier 1 lenses on Zujava as you will on Squidoo, but it is a great idea to solidify your "leaves" on Zujava now and then get paid a lot of money later on.

Make Money On Zujava Without Writing

If you aren't the type of person who likes to write on Zujava, then you can make a quick leaf about Zujava with a referral link. On Zujava, you can write content and get paid for referrals, or if you have no time in your hands, you can still make money by referring others to Zujava. Zujava share the commission with you 50/50, but if you refer someone, you get 25% of their profit. You DON'T TAKE the money from that person, but instead, Zujava gives you the percentage from their share. I have 1 referral, so I hope to make a profit from that referral. There are other sites that offer referral rewards as well, but Zujava is the easiest one to establish.

eBooks

eBooks are a great way to make money online. If you are good at giving information, then you will get many sales from your eBooks. I created 2 eBooks, and I have received over $20 from happy customers. I used to have this eBook on Kajabi, but it got too complicated, so it has been moved over to Optimized Press which I am working on. eBooks are great ways to make money, and remember to always promote your eBook anyway you can. If you sell an eBook for $10, then you just need 5 customers to give you $50 everyday!

Honest Ways To Make Money Online

Honest Ways To Make Money Online
Honest Ways To Make Money Online

There are more people everyday who want to make money online. They strive to make money online for different reasons, but most people give up because they don't know how to make money online.

In this information packed book, there are over 25 methods that I use to make money online. In addition to the methods are a lot of extra goodies. In this book is a step by step action plan, a list of things you should do right away, 7 things a beginner should do, and 7 common mistakes that people make when it comes to making money online, and other goodies as well.

This book will show beginners and experts alike a lot of different ways that they can make money online.

YouTube

If you join the YouTube Partnership Program, you will get about $1 for every 1,000 views. However, in order to become a YouTube Partner, you need a lot of subscriptions and a lot of views as well. I am nowhere near the YouTube Partnership at this rate, but I hope to be there soon. I started YouTube about a month ago, and now I have over 10 videos as well as over 500 views. However, I only have 2 subscriptions, so I need to bulk that up before I even try for the YouTube Partnership. The Angry Birds company probably makes about 1 million on YouTube alone, and there are a lot of possibilities for YouTube.

More About YouTube

If you aren't a YouTube Partner, then you can still make money similar to Twitter. You can go to Tinyurl and get a small link to an Amazon link based on the product. The only difference between Twitter and YouTube is that people realize that you actually have the product. You can tell others all about a product and include as many descriptions as you want. However, if your customer sees you with that product, you're telling them, "I bought it, and you should too." YouTube and Tinyurl can help to give you potential customers. These potential customers are able to see the product, and if they buy that product, you get a commission.

Make Your Own iPhone App

I will be following this step soon and most likely will be hiring a developer, but an iPhone app can be very rewarding. Like them or not, Angry Birds makes 10 million from their app, and that doesn't even include YouTube Videos, Plush Toys, and more! Making your own successful iPhone app is probably the greatest and easiest way to make an income. All you have to do is think of an idea and hire the best developer. If you promote your app to app review sites, you will get visitors, purchases, and revenue.

Twitter

You Must Be An Affiliate To Someone

How the heck can Twitter make you money? Here's the answer. First of all, you must be an affiliate to someone. With the help of Squidoo, I can show off products from Amazon and get a royalty when someone buys it from me. So, you click on your own Amazon link and go to your desired product. You can use Tinyurl as well to help out with making those Amazon links smaller. Don't make it obvious to the reader that you are promoting Amazon because everyone knows about affiliates these days. I haven't made money from this method yet since I started less than a week ago, but I am confident that I will succeed in this plan.

Make A Newsletter

Did you know that a newsletter makes the difference between who's a customer and who isn't? I learned this when I joined the newsletters of some people like Seth Godin and DinosaurEgg who is a Squidoo lensmaster. I realized that you get their facts and information from your email, and then you click on the link. When you click on the link, you are brought to that page, and it gives you RETURNING CUSTOMERS!

I have had a newsletter set up for my Yugioh Philosophy Blog for a while now, and I have almost 100 visitors a day. Now, I'm starting to add my Squidoo Amazon links which will lead to MORE SALES and a better lensrank for my lenses. A better lensrank gives me more money as well, so it is the double threat.

Please don't talk too much about your products though because people want the facts. I now add small links down at the bottom of my info. It doesn't even take a sentence to describe the product.

MyLikes

MyLikes is a good way to make some money on Twitter, and you could get paid a couple of cents or a couple of hundred dollars A DAY depending on your fan base. MyLikes gives you money for promoting their links on social media sites like Twitter and Facebook. So far, I made .08 today, but as I get more followers, my list of clicked links will grow, and I will make more money. Some Twitter users make over $100 with this method a day! That's at least $36,500 a year for those members, and that doesn't even include a bonus $100 that the winner gets. Payouts are every Friday, and the threshold is $2, so if you want to make some quick money, then this is the place to go. Come and join me on MyLikes right now and earn quick money!

Proof That You Can Make Money On MyLikes

I joined MyLikes less than 1 week ago, and I have already made money. I made an incredible $1.59 (I started with only 18 followers on Twitter which is now well over 50). The money was sent to my Paypal account, and I won't tell you what I did with my $1.59, but that was a QUICK payout. I know that Squidoo takes 2 months, and during the first payout, not everyone passes $1 (I got $30 on my first payout), but 1 week and 2 months is a big time gap. Some people on MyLikes make hundreds of dollars a day, so as I grow my following, I hope to be one of those people.

Hootsuite

I just want to be honest and say that Hootsuite does not directly give you money, but you can still earn money with Hootsuite.

If you play a board game like chess, you know that there are a lot of different strategies that you can use to get what you want, the honor of beating your opponent. These strategies enhance your army of chess pieces.

Hootsuite is similar to a strategy in chess. Hootsuite is like a giant Twitter dashboard that allows you to see your activity and schedule your tweets.

Well, what does scheduling your tweets have to do with success? Here's the answer. You can't get a strong following if you tweet 10 times in 1 minute, and then you don't tweet for the rest of the day. That's not how Twitter is supposed to be used. However, you can schedule your tweets instead with Hootsuite. If you are a night person, schedule your tweets for daytime so that you get more followers.

Before I used Hootsuite, I had only 16 followers on Twitter, and 4 of those followers were part of my family.

After my second day, my 16 followers then became over 50 followers! More followers means more MyLike clicks as well as more products sold.

Also, you should get the Hootsuite iPhone app because it makes tweeting while traveling on the road easy.

Raffle

Get a pricy product and selling it on eBay has its advantages, but while a product is fresh and new, doing a raffle could be a lot easier to make an income. Let's say that you have a new product worth $50 in local stores near you. You can charge $5 per ticket, or better yet, make someone become a member of one of your websites. Whenever you want extra members, extra followers on Twitter, or extra subscribers on YouTube, you can use all of these methods to attract others to your new product. With a much lower price than in the stores, you will be able to win over many people. Whenever you get $5 per person, another follower on Twitter, or another subscriber on YouTube, you are winning big.

However, I recommend making your customer have to pay $5 or join one of your websites because some customers who do not win may unsubscribe to your YouTube or Twitter accounts. Do guarantees.

I would keep this up for 3 months. Encouraging people to sign up to a membership site gives you more money, and 3 months gives you and others a lot of time to share with their friends. If you have a membership site that costs $5, all you need is for 11 people to find that website, and then you are already making a profit from the raffle. Do raffles over and over again. When you make enough from raffles, show off a *SPECIAL* Christmas sale or free product during that time of year on something really expensive.

Respect your members and give them FREE raffles, but for smaller and/or bigger products. You'll get a lot of attention either way.

My Other Book - Stay Motivated To Finish Your eBooks

Keep The Ball Rolling: How To Stay Motivated While Writing An eBook
Keep The Ball Rolling: How To Stay Motivated While Writing An eBook

Selling eBooks has proven to be a great way for entrepreneurs to make money online. More and more people are trying to get in on the action, but most people end up stopping halfway.

There is nothing stopping anyone from becoming the next bestselling author. In Keep The Ball Rolling, I highlight the main problems stopping people from publishing their eBooks. When I highlight these problems, I also offer solutions such as how to finish eBooks faster and still get the same quality.

Finally, as an added bonus, I will show you step by step how to publish your eBooks on the Kindle. Your ideas deserve to be heard, and Keep The Ball Rolling will motivate you to finish your ideas for what could be the next bestseller.

Fiverr

Could you make an important decision for someone else, give someone advice, or do absolutely ANYTHING? Well, on Fiverr, you can charge your buyers $5 for just about anything. Some people make hard decisions for you on Fiverr while some make a video about someone complaining about any issue. Some people just offer their expertise for $5. I haven't made any money on Fiverr yet, but I do have 1 gig about Yugioh Cards up. After Fiverr takes some of the costs, you are still up to $3.82. Fiverr isn't the get rich quick scheme, but it can make you a lot of cash depending upon what you gigs are. If your gig takes only 5 minutes, then you can do it again and again to maximize your results. I don't have too many success stories with Fiverr since I am new, but test the Squidoo Community because there are some lensmasters that make 4 figure income on Fiverr.

Wordpress

I have had a Wordpress Blog for a couple of months, but it hasn't given me a cent, and this is the main reason I went to Squidoo for help. However, I realize now that Wordpress can still make money. Wordpress is a blogging platform that you can use to get a lot of traffic, and you can put Amazon links into your lens disguised as Tinyurl links. You can promote products, and you can have a fun time with it. Using Wordpress is free, and there are no ads on Wordpress about Wordpress.

Making money online can take awhile. It took me 2 months to see my first payout, and now I am earning hundreds of dollars every month. These methods are some of the ways that I make money online, and my eBook explains them all in detail and includes some extra ones as well.

Amazon Associate

As an Amazon Associate, you have the ability to promote any product on Amazon and get a commission when someone buys it through your link. Since Amazon sells millions of products, you are definitely going to find a product for your niche. I started off by selling Yugioh Cards and Legos, and while I still sell these products, I have now started selling my own eBooks. As an Amazon Associate, you can promote any product and get a commission from that product (starts at 4% commission) even if it is your own product. I have been able to make hundreds of dollars as an Amazon Associate, and I can say right now that if you promote a lot of products, the results will pay off as Christmas gets closer.

Here's one more... I have an Etsy shop where I sell Wall Vinyl Decals from home. That makes me an Interior wall vinyl designer. I learned everything I know on the internet, YouTube and on sign vinyl forums. Now I am earning an extra income, part-time, from home.

The best place to learn how to specifically make and sell wall decals from home is by visiting the Wall Decal Business website. You can find it at http://walldecalbusiness.com

Check it out there is a lot of good information and its all free... good luck everyone!

I love the way you have pointed out so many opportunities for people to choose from and make both ends meet. I had been looking to do the same and I was really confused. Fortunately for me, I came across your lens and it felt great. Then I also looked upon this website snagthecash and I found it really creative. I must say I deeply appreciate the effort you guys put in your lens and the part about creating your own iPhone app exciting. Thank you again for sharing your knowledge.

You are a true inspiration and i plan to follow you as you climb to millionaire status. While you are achieving success in passive incomes, i would like to make a suggestion to help you in what to do with your streams. You definitely should read the book "Start Early Finish Rich" by David Bach. This is just one of the many books by him that will help you retire a multimillionaire just by following the steps he lays out in his books. He says to find your "latte factor" and pay yourself first so that you are consistently working on your retirement wealth while living comfortably. Continue on your journey and keep being an amazing young gentleman :)

I actually started making money on YouTube, I had a video go "semi-viral" enough for them to ask me to be a Partner. When I made $100 in just a few months I thought, hey maybe I should look into online revenue a bit more seriously. I haven't grown as fast as you, but I'm still plugging along. I have had success on Twitter affiliates, used Reachli before they sold, and just signed up for MyLikes so I'm interested to see what that does as I have a high MT and RT ratio on my account.

Very informative. I am interested in YOUR ebook. I do a lot of writing about small business, but always seem to shelve the work, start on something else, and it soon joins the others. Would be nice to finish, even if there's not a lot of profit in it- but just as an accomplishment. Thanks for all your info/incite.
