1. Vision that’s bigger than yourself

The very first quality that a leader possesses is the vision of what you could accomplish, and not only how much money you could make but how you can impact other peoples lives and make a difference.

2. Do what you believe is right

There will always be people who will tell you, you can’t do something or make fun of your efforts. As a leader you need to rise above that and stop listening to negativity, just don’t give into it. Ask yourself what is more important, your vision or their opinions?

3. Be humble

Humility is the most attractive trait. Be grateful and remember where you come from. Be a perpetual student and commit to improving yourself every day, so that people can continue looking up to you as a leader.

4. See the potential in other people

See where a person could be, not where they are. Bring out the best in people and help them see their own potential. Every single one of us has a unique gift which we must share with the world.

5. Honor your word

Do what you promised to do. Show up to your business every day. If you said you will call, then do it. If you said you will make a video or blog post or… then do it. Let your vision be the fuel you need in order to make it happen.

6. Leave people better than when you found them

Be there for others, help them, make them feel better about themselves. To be a leader you have to bring out the best in people.

7. Lead by example

Want to recruit more business builders? Then lead by example. Do what you want your followers to do. Show them how to face your/their fears. You have the same ability and potential than anyone else out there.
