It will be impossible to list every single service you can find at Aplus.net. The service with the most demand will be their hosting solutions, which offers a shared server solution, but has the option for a dedicated server through their sister company, Cordero. With reasonable rates, Aplus.net's Personal Plan starts at $5.95/month for a Linux server with 15GB of space, 250GB bandwidth, one domain, and a limited selection of software options to quick install. The service is ready to support some of the main software options out there (Wordpress CMS, Joomla, and Drupal), but does not come ready to support Wordpress blogging software. As the plans become more expensive, the software options grow significantly, as does the space available and bandwidth.
Aplus.net offers a 99.9% uptime guarantee for users, and also includes a 30 day money back guarantee if you do have issues with the service. After browsing through some of the customer review sites, the uptime scores were real low. A lot of people made comments about their websites being down frequently.
The features available for Aplus.net are limited for the lower grade plans. The most valued features available will be the firewall, virus protection, redundant power supply, and support for all major scripting languages. With the Business plan and up, your options open up wider, with some of the standouts being a website builder, Wordpress blog support, and search engine optimization.
There are several options to receive support with Aplus.net, just like other major hosting companies, whether you are a customer with them or not. There are agents available for a phone call 24/7, as well as, live chat (which doesn’t ask you to install any software.) Aplus.net also offers an extensive knowledge base archive to browse through. The questions I looked at were quite detailed with their responses, and included links to the software vendor's website for more information. Step by step explanations were a welcome sight to see, and the steps were very specific.

It is difficult to come to a fair conclusion about Aplus.net's services. On the one hand, they claim to have over 110,000 websites, and 400,000 domains registered. On the other, there is a legion of users out there calling for the end of this company, filing for lawsuits, and complain to the Better Business Bureaus across the United States.
Looking at the services they offer, Aplus.net offers lower priced services, but their beginner packages are very limited in comparison to some of the other major hosting sites out there. Their knowledge base for support is quite good, but I can't comment on their other support systems. They do have other services available mentioned previously, like website design, but they fail to include samples of their work for the sites. A small picture showing "Air Conditioning Solutions," does not tell me a whole lot about the quality of the work.
The number of negative reviews about this company are staggering, going back as far as five years ago to the present. Compared to some of the other sites, they receive a far larger share of the negative reviews, it seems. With 150+ people in agreement, I would say to be cautious when signing up for Aplus.net.
