Becoming a Wise Investor, Higher Risk= Higher Reward

Updated on September 17, 2016

When it comes to your own business, you must realize one simple fact; the best investment you can ever make is in yourself. Education has become difficult and expensive from the baby boomer generation. But do not let that fool you because younger and responsible men and women are finding other ways of making a fortune much easier via the internet. Our greatest asset is our ambition and alongside with the accessibility we have in this country the sky really is the limit.

But do not fly too close to the sun. We do not see it in the media too much because it gets very grim but even college graduates are having extreme difficulties finding good work.

I have been told by one of my professors that in the course of our lives this generation will have to go back to school at least 3 times. Times are tough and without certain basic knowledge bases even doctors are susceptible to financial crisis.

Start by making the subtle difference between computer addiction and work addiction. If you are playing video games and eating Cheetos all day, I am envious of you only for short periods of time because every minute you have wasted means I have gotten a quarter mile ahead of you. Of course, I leave some time to listen to music and the occasional movie but that is only so I do not implode and end up in the hospital. Balance reigns supreme when you are dealing with a thousand different stressors and a million different distractions waiting for you to give in.
