Updated on July 5, 2012

There are lots of new bloggers and hubbers who after creating websites or hubs thy want to know basic tips to drive lots of traffic to their website and generating money from their content.

Peoples like to monetize their online content and why not, because they want something for the hard work they are doing. So here I would like to share some of basic and most wanted tips to driving and boosting traffic to any blogs and your hubs easily.

Firstly you need to start with appropriate niche and stick to your niche because I have seen some of website generating too much from niche website rather than multi niche website. So chose any niche you wold like to post on it and stick to it forever.

How Do I Drive More Traffic To My Website?

1.Unique EverGreen Content

The first and main thing to be noted by everyone is that, your published content must be unique.Everyone likes to copy from other resource but copying from other would not get you top listed on search engine result pages. If you are copying someones article from somewhere, so on search result pages, your websites may be listed with that website from where you are copying but you might get banned from search engine soon(Google penalty).

Recently GOogle panda affected most of websites and traffic decreased of so many websites. So unique content would get listed top on search engine.

2.Sharing is Carrying

Share your published hubs and articles throughout social media. After writing content, distribute and share it with twitter, Facebook, Myspace and Google+ like mostly social networking websites. Those websites are the effective way to drive and generating traffic.

If you are hubbers, than recommend people to follow you, if you have own website, create feedburner account and send update of your website by feeds. This way you can also earn money from adsense for feed.

If you like to be watched by peoples, create video about your content and publish it on Youtube. If you are getting traffic to your videos, you can also earn money from YouTube. You can also share and distribute your articles throughout following way to boost traffic like Article Writing(Guest Post), Ezine Articles, Hubpages, Squidoo, Banner Ads, PPC Adwords, Traffic Exchange etc.

If you want to write guest post to get quick backlink, you can submit your guest post on My blog at Ehowportal.

3.Link Building & SEO

The another step think after making above two step completed and finished. You can build backlink from other website to your website to make it more search engine friendly.

According to Wikipedia, Backlinks are incoming links, inbound links, inlinks, and inward links which are incoming links to a website or web page.

How to build backlinks:

The best way to build backlink to your website or hub is commenting. All you need to do is comment on other people's relevant blog post.BE remember that if you want to get high pagerank, you need to build backlinks from those sites which are similar in niche of yours. On hubpages, you can comment on other peoples hub, post your hub link with relevant hubs to build easy backlinks.

You can also do guest posting to build quality backlink to your website.Contributing on various forums, Social bookmarking etc.

What is Search Engine Optimization:

Search Engine optimization is the process of making our website more user friendly. You can optimize your blog for search engine by adding relevant title and meta description, sitemap, SEO friendly URL, Keyword Research, blog submission to blog directories, Submitting site URL to Search Engine.

4.Google Adwards

If you are in budget, you can set up PPC champignon with Google AdWords which is Online Marketing & Pay Per Click Advertising program by Google.

It is the best way to promote your website with online ads on Google & attract customers and gain market share with cost-effective online marketing.

In my case, I am getting lots of traffic from Guest posting on other blogs and blog commenting.Share your traffic strategy by commenting in the comment section below how you drove traffic to your blogs & hubs.
