Customer Service Satisfaction Required
I take great pleasure in the work I accomplish on a daily basis. Being in Customer Service I am the " face " of the company as are the others in my office. We are the forefront that the customer's base their opinion of the company on so it's vitially important that I treat them with kids gloves. By locating information on an order, helping them in a timely manner gives them the confidence in my company that will keep them coming back.
These customers need to be treated like they are royalty, without them there wouldn't be a need for customer service because there would be no work, no paycheck, no money, no food, no clothes and no house. Think of your customers in this fashion, by purchasing your product, they contribute money to the company who in turn pays you. Therefore keeping your customer happy brings them back for more which means, they provide food on your table, the clothes on your back and the roof over your head.
In my position I handle one of our more challenging accounts and it gives me satisfication when I can provide them with top notch customer service. I take pride in the confidence level they have in my ability to handle their accounts. I process the orders, provide product information and tracking information. Going that extra mile may mean the difference between a satisfied customer or an unhappy customer. I shoot for satisfied on a daily basis and keeping them satified makes me happy!
