Does Survey Junkie Really Work?

Updated on May 7, 2019

Making an Account:

Making the account was pretty easy and after you make it, they give you 10 points to start out. To make money, every 100 points is a dollar and you have to have $10 (1000 points) to cash out. After you make your profile, you can confirm your email and add more information about yourself to get more points. Overall, the setup process was quite easy and gave you a nice starting amount of points.

Starting the Surveys

Once I started doing the surveys it was a bit time consuming. I would get the points from the first few surveys but it was taking quite a while. Some surveys were 20 minutes and you would only get 50 points from them (which is 50 cents). I tried doing a bunch to get to that $10 mark, but some surveys that you do not qualify for exit out and only will give you 3 points. Finally, I decided I was done for the night and ended with 376 points.

Problems with the Surveys

The next day, I got up and wanted to do more, so I logged on and began the process. The first one I chose was 65 points and completed it. Right after, I looked at my points but it still only said 376. I was confused and a little annoyed, but I let it go. I decided to do another survey, which was 55 points and completed that one. I went to look at my points and still, it only said 376. At that point I was a bit annoyed cause I should have had at least another 100 points added on, but it was still the same. I do not want to waste my time doing these surveys if I do not get the points for them, so I am unsure if I will use this website again. I had read other reviews saying it was a great site, but from my experience I am not too impressed.

My Conclusion with Survey Junkie:

Overall, I doubt I will use this website again. It is a very time consuming process for a minimal amount of money, which you might not even get if what happened to me happens to you. I have tried other survey websites and all of them were even worse than Survey Junkie. So even though, this was not a great site or experience for me, it still is better than the other survey websites I have tried using in the past.
