FAKE DEGREES AND CERTIFICATES - PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT
FAKE DEGREES , CERTiFICATES AND EXPERIENCES- PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT
Today i feel a little confident about the swiftness and proficiency of law enforcement agencies and authorities out there in Delhi and even in kolkata. This is just the tip of the iceberg (arrest in fake law degree case in delhi)- people working in several MNC's and private companies have gone on to become managers and even CEO's on the basis of their fake certificates and degrees ( even fudged resumes) and that is shameless. Its high time authorities act , arrest all such fake people and seize all fake degrees and certificates and nullify all appointments that was made on the basis of such illegal papers , certificates and documents.( I was removed and forced to resign from an MNC named EXl services .com (pvt ) ltd. in Noida, India, just because I disclosed my intranet account user name and password and that also because I missed my cab which might have resulted in salary deduction. I wasn't shown any remorse and was asked to leave) . i was told that i committed "a misconduct and that it was unacceptable" - these were the words of a little known and an aggressive lady HR who carried out the formalities of my removal. However, grapevine has it that the same company is hiring prospects with fudged resumes and even concocted certificates(experience)- i thought this is more of a professional misconduct. Moreover, I was severely confronted by an executive of a recruitment agency in kolkata when I tried to put forth my honesty , integrity and uprightness as a reason for instability in my career.
Hope people like these learn lessons that falsehood might be strong enough but then it is ephemeral (short lived).I tried hard to reason with several prospective employers during the course of PI that my honesty and integrity didn't allow me to work for longer time and that was the reason for my job hopping and that what ever documents I possessed was true and that was issued by the companies I worked for and certificates were issued by the institution and universities were I studied and underwent professional training. But that didn't urged any of the employers (prospective).
Delhi has indeed shown us a way as to how to deal with misconduct - not by harassing , pestering , troubling genuine professionals by snatching their livelihood but by acting against those who are taking shortcuts in their career.
