Balls Park Property Marketing
Balls Park: Fully integrated property marketing roll out
Balls Park is a prestigious new development of luxurious apartments and detached homes built around a restored and converted Grade I listed 17th century country manor. Situated in 63 acres of Hertfordshire parkland, Balls Park is a highly regarded local landmark and features on the English Heritage Register of Historic Parks and Gardens.
From initial concepts through to final designs, GQ is proud to have handled the entire marketing roll out and promotion for the first phase of the scheme, which is called The Stables. First of all, our team created the visual brand and identity, and this was then applied to brochures, videos, signage, adverts and websites – to name just a few key components of the campaign.
The second phase (The Coach House) and the third phase (The Manor) of the development are due to be implemented next year, and once again GQ will be driving the marketing campaign forward to ensure the project is a thorough success.

Knight Frank Property Marketing
Knight Frank: Design, layout and production of a localised property magazine
Knight Frank is widely regarded as the market leading estate agent of premium quality commercial and residential property in both London and the UK. In line with their commitment to quality and service, the company produces a specialist residential property guide called Local View. The publication showcases the rich, diverse and highly prestigious selection of homes available to purchase specifically in The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
Knight Frank approached GardnerQuainton at the very first stages of the project's inception, before it had taken any kind of shape or form. The brief was to handle the
production of the entire job from concept though to delivery, including all of the design, layout and print.
From mansion flats to immaculate stucco-fronted crescents, the borough boasts some of London's most desirable and prominent addresses and includes areas such as Belgravia, Chelsea, Holland Park, Kensington and Knightsbridge – to name but a few.
With the above in mind, the team at GQ realised straight away that the brochure had to capture the style, elegance and diversity of the borough. It also had to present all of the crucial property information in an easy to read format.
To meet the challenge, the creative team at GQ Property Marketing combined full colour photography with a minimal design style. The final magazine had a total of 56 pages and has been so successful we are currently working on the layout and production of five more brochures covering different regions of the country.
Coast Group Property Marketing
Coast Group: Design and production of brochures, website, e-mailers and print adverts
The Coast Group is a specialist property developer dedicated to finding unique and stunning locations along the British coastline and creating prime hotel and holiday accommodation in the peak positions they discover.
Their current GaraRock project is situated above a secluded cove in Salcombe, Devon and promises to be at the pinnacle of coastline developments. Consisting of a selection of luxury holiday apartments and cottages – all with fantastic views of the sea – facilities will
include an indoor swimming pool with spa facilities, a fully equipped gym, and a restaurant and bar.
The Coast Group asked GQ Property Marketing to develop an extensive range of promotional materials to help launch the GaraRock scheme, including brochures, websites, e-mailers and highly distinctive press advertisements.
The project is still in the construction stages so, first of all, we created a range of detailed CGIs to highlight and showcase the magnificent interiors and exteriors of the development. We then used these images throughout the assorted design projects to reflect the extremely high levels of style and quality that residents of the scheme can look forward to experiencing.
Our creative input is currently generating a large amount of visibility and interest in the scheme, and the Coast Group is delighted with progress so far… watch this space for further details of the project.
