Testers are office based and spend much of their time sitting at a desk using a computer. It could be a full time job – 35 hours.

Mystery shopping or Mystery Consumer is a process used by companies to measure quality of retail service or gather specific information about products and services. Mystery shoppers pretend to be normal customers by performing specific tasks—such as buying a product, asking questions, registering complaints or behaving in a certain way – and then provide detailed reports or feedback about their experiences to the company who sent them.
Companies like Amazon.com, Walmart.com, and Target.com will pay you to shop their online stores and evaluate the service you receive. You get reimbursed for your online orders, so you're actually shopping for FREE!
As a Secret Shopper, you are paid to do all the things you love to do, like eating in Top restaurants, shopping at your favourite store, going to see the latest film releases, amusement parks and you don’t pay for any of it. You could also take your family.
