The delivery is executed in less than 7 days and is affected by distance and customer delivery preference. You may pay a higher shipping fee if you live far away from the hubs and your order is below a certain amount. On weekdays, you can get your item between 7am-10pm while on weekends and public holidays you can get it between 9am-6pm.

The company has partnered with logistics service firms to facilitate the delivery of valuable items. Customers can also pick these items directly from the warehouses. Concerning lost items, the business takes full responsibility for any item lost in transit.

If you don’t like your ordered product, you can always return it for free. This is possible within 7 days. If the delivered item is broken/damaged or has a malfunction, you can ask for a replacement. The replacement process doesn’t take long.
