My Redgage obsession: Making money on the site

Updated on January 20, 2014

How to make money from Redgage by sharing my content online.

For the past few days I have been INCREDIBLY busy working on my freelance business, coaching, and promoting my work online. A few days ago, many of my readers noticed that I wrote a Hub about the site that I found-Redgage, and everything that I've found about the website so far.

Redgage is by far one of the most interesting, and funnest websites that I've stumbled upon in a while. Within a week, I've already cashed out TWICE ($50). For those of you guys who are wondering: "Whats so great about that?"

Let me put it to you this way:

Many of my readers here on Hubpages have been wondering how they can make money online by writing. I've writen countless Hubs on this subject, and I've also dedicated an entire blog full of information as well. For many writers, writing on Hubpages is not a problem, but it is when they do not have an Adsense account!

Redgage is a great place for writers to promote their work, and GET PAID for it!

If you are interested in signing up, mention my name: Jessi10!

I've have been completely obsesssed with Redgage since I started seeing the money grow and QUICKLY. One day I had a mere .50 cents (almost nothing) the next day I had almost $10! Now, to remind many of you guys tghat are wondering just HOW much money it takes to cash out of Redgage, its only $25 BUT you can also set your OWN cash out minimum i.e $25, $50, $75.. You get the point.

Redgages focuses on paying their writer per 1000 views BUT your rate is subject to change due to your account activity. Basically, the MORE active you are on Redgage, the more you earn!

This is a site where ANYONE can make money from their work, and ANYONE can definitely make money on their first week!

Try it and find out why I am so Obsessed with it!

Mention my name and get started!

Thanks for sharing this positive hub about Red Gage. I am a member but haven't really done anything there. Now I'll do it. Thanks for sharing.

      Voted up, useful.

I understand that redgage works for people but it doesn't for me. I mean, literally. The interface is difficult to use, my password never works and then when they fix it I still can't log in. Also, their customer service is unresponsive. I'm glad it works for you, and I may try it again, but, right now, I don't have time for a site that doesn't work and customer service that could care less :-)

Soo interested to try this. I"ll mention your name, too. Is the time you spend on there worth it? I just ask b/c I spend so much time on HP and networking, I've been reluctant to become a member of another community, lol, just for time's sake. But if you're blogging and writing and doing all those other things, there has to be time for Redgage, too, right? Hehehe.

Yes, helpful up to a point, but as I am unable to upload my articles, because Redgage keeps automatically rejecting my photos and tags, particularly tags, I am actually unable to put anything whatsoever on to Redgage.

Diana Grant: When I first started using redgage, I honestly did not see any point to it. In fact, I had to read the rules and how to make money on the site SEVERAl times before I saw any turn around. THEN I started to upload my favorite/ most popular hubs on hubpages on redgage. Right away, I saw an increase in my traffic on redgage. THEN I wrote TWO blogs that not only got featured for the day, BUT gave me even MORE traffic.

Thats how I made money on that site. Its not hard, its just a matter of working hard at it, and finding out what works, and what doesn't!

      I hope this helped!

I have been on Redgage for nearly a year, and it looked promising to start with. Then it developed some glitch, and, try as I may over a number of months, not weeks,I have been unable to upload links or photos, and I got fed up and stopped trying. lI reported it twice, but to no avail.

By the way, what on earth did you do, Jessi, to earn so much so quickly? I never earned more than a few cents a week, but it was starting to build up before things went wrong.

I am on Redgage too but have so much trouble getting things to load even with Google chrome it gets rather frustrating at times. I can see it would be a really good site but have yet to explore it thoroughly due to this problem.

Just had to read this article since I saw you first on RedGage. I've been there two years and uploaded a number of pix of flowers. Also uploaded links to many of my Hubs, but haven't seen any payouts yet. Maybe I'm not holding my mouth right or something. Voted up and interesting...

I agree with you that Redgage is a very interesting site.

Users seem to try and make it complicated but in reality it is quite simple. Redgage is still in 'beta' and they have been saying a new 'improved' version will be released soon :-)

I have used RG for a couple of years but have not been interested in it lately. I did well when I first started on it but it became less money and more work. I am glad you are successful with it!!

      Hope this helps!

I have tried to use Redgage before (I've read quite a few reviews from hubbers who love it), but I can't seen to sign up for it. Every time I've gone to sign up, I click the "sign up" link and nothing happens. Also there is no response when I click on any of the help buttons (or any of the FAQ links, for that matter). So either there is something wrong with the site or there is something I'm missing.
