Property Preservation Template Help for New contractors
Property Preservation and basic business documents
One items that a Property Preservation contractor needs is a good set of basic documents for day to day use. Some software programs like Quickbooks Pro come complete with pre filled templates that auto fill your companies name, address, etc and make it easier to conduct business and send out estimates, invoices, statements, etc.
If your business is new or if you are not ready to purchase software that includes these tools, you may have to produce them on your own.
Some document templates that a new Property Preservation business owner may need are:
Fax Cover Sheet
Property Condition Report
Dump Receipt (to document details)
To avoid having to "re-invent the wheel" I have uploaded a few basic templates to share. I will upload more as time permits.
