Basics of Venture Capital Funding

Teaching can be great source of income

America is great source for providing online jobs

Featured among the top 20 ways of online income -enabling you to work from home

Among the top 20 ways of online income or to work from home, these two are mine best:

I will explain two opportunities which are easy to do and have high returns. They are financial consultancy and HR consultancy.

Talking about Financial consultancy, you have to first generate a database of Banks, Financial institutions and Venture Capital firms.

You can choose these sectors (for funding):

IT

E Commerce

Application Development

Real Estate

Services

Small Businesses

Then do Google search like “Venture Capital Firm for IT in USA”. You will get plenty of them. Make a list and try contacting them on phone to know how they work.

Search term like “Real Estate Financing in US”. Get list of 15-20 real-estate funding firms. Save it.

Search for “Small Business Loan in USA”. You will get names of 15-20 firms that give out loans up to $250 K. Save it.

Now you are ready to launch yourself.

Once you have the list, you can search craigslist and other classified ad sites for people who are looking for funding. You can join LinkedIn and become member of relevant financial groups to find deals in promotion segment.

Email at least 10 clients daily. 5-6 will respond. Draft a consulting agreement and tell your clients to sign it. If deal is good then do not take up front fees. If deal is just ok then ask for $50 service charge.

Pitch the deal in front of investor. If your client gets funded, you get a handsome 2% commission.

For HR consultancies do following steps:

1 Register a company with service tax

2 Host a website on HostGator (kalkie.org >Our Online Services>Shop)

3 Write good content on your website

4 Research the companies which have been recently incorporated.

5 Make a database of 100 new companies.

6 Call them or email them about your services.

7 Get empanelled in 10-12 of them.

8 Ask for job description(s)

9 If you have no money then finds candidates on LinkedIn, Skillpages or classified ad sites.

10 If you have money then source candidates through job portals.

11 Line up candidates for interview

12 Raise the bill for selected candidates after one month of joining. (Normally 8.33% of CTC)

13 Get Paid.

It is mandatory to have a company registered in your name and possess service tax number to start a HR consultancy.

If you have other skills then you can draw a business plan based on same model as mentioned above.

Being independent is the best line of business because nobody can terminate your account or membership.

Share A Sale as most trusted affiliate network

There are lot of good ways of earning from internet or to work from Home, but beware of scammers. Most of the affiliate programs are scams, but share a sale is trusted affiliate program.

The only trusted source for affiliate products is shareasale.com. There you get good products and dedicated customer services. All other affiliate networks are rude and unethical.

Now concentrating on shareasale.com, I will teach you the trusted method how to market your affiliate product without investing a penny.

The steps are:

1 Create an eBook and distribute it for free

2 Ask your buyers in eBook to visit your site and fill a feedback form to get further information.

3 Capture the user’s data in a squeeze page (name, email etc)

4 Send them relevant links to your affiliate products through email services like aweber.

5 Watch some of your loyal readers buying your products.

The Pay-per-click model will not work for affiliate products because Google has banned them, and promoting your affiliate products through Facebook will be very expensive.

Flipping Sites as a Good Source of Income

I will not name the sites which are good for selling websites because they had been unethical to me. But once you Google for “sell website” then you will get names of these websites.

But there are few things which fetch good price. They are: age of website, number of back links, and revenue from website. Your site should also have:

1 Google Analytics Data

2 Verified Adsense earnings

3 Proof of Revenue

With these data register on one of these trading sites and gets good returns on your investment.
